1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Empower OS, you and the entity you represent agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The platform is exclusively oriented for B2B (Corporate) use.

2. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Empower OS guarantees a 99.9% uptime for the operation of the core platform. Custom developments and RPA instantiations depend on the specific directives and agreements signed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Intellectual Property

The logical structure, algorithms, and graphic design of the software belong to Empower OS Inc. The data, manuals, flows, and documents that you upload or generate within the platform are your exclusive and absolute property.
